Vinesh Kriplani

Vinesh Kriplani is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Director of Mergers & Acquisitions and Taxation at Serum Institute of India Pvt. Ltd. since March 2022. Prior to this role, Vinesh was a Partner at KPMG, specializing in Corporate and International Tax as well as Mergers and Acquisitions from December 2020 to March 2022. Vinesh has also founded Transaction Square, providing expertise in Tax, Regulatory, and Business Advisory from September 2018 to September 2020.
