Spencer Deane

Spencer Deane is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience spanning over three decades in various sectors, including engineering solutions, technical recruitment, and marketing. Currently serving as CEO and co-owner of Serv-I-Quip Inc. since November 2017, Spencer also holds the position of Partner for US Operations at SRD Technical, focusing on efficient recruitment for business-to-business sectors. As a Board Member of the Exton Region Chamber of Commerce since January 2020, Spencer contributes to community economic success. Prior experience includes significant roles at SCA Americas, where Spencer advanced through various leadership positions in marketing and strategic planning, and consultancy with The Alternative Board, coaching over 100 companies. Spencer's educational background includes a BS in Biological Sciences from the University of Birmingham and a DipM in Marketing from the University of Leicester.
