Katie Cartwright, PHR, has extensive work experience in human resources and management roles. Katie currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Servco Boiler Sales & Service since 2017. Prior to this, they also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Holbrook Service, where they started in 2011. Throughout their career, Katie has also worked as an Accounting/HR Manager at Robintino's Restaurant starting from 1994 and served as an Executive Assistant at Brown and Caldwell for a brief period in 2011. Additionally, they held various positions at Red Rock Brewing Co, including HR Manager/Accounting Manager, Manager, and Assistant Manager/Key Employee, from 2001 to 2011.
Katie Cartwright, PHR received their Professional Human Resources Certification (PHR) from HRCI in 2014. Prior to that, they attended Weber State University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication, General. In addition, they obtained a certification in Onboarding New Hires from LinkedIn, although the month of attainment is unspecified, in 2018.
