John McDonald

John McDonald is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital platform management and customer engagement. Currently serving as the Digital Platform Product Owner at Servco Pacific Inc. since August 2019, John previously held leadership roles at Outrigger Hotels & Resorts, including Director of Guest Engagement, Loyalty and CRM, and Manager of Interactive Commerce.
