Brad Scorse currently serves as President of SERVCON since February 2016, focusing on developing and maintaining relationships with facility directors, project managers, and business owners to enhance facility management programs. With a strong emphasis on consumer discretionary businesses, Brad oversees a diverse portfolio of market sectors. Prior to this role, from 2009 to 2014, Brad was an Owner/Operator in the hospitality industry, successfully launching and managing multiple restaurant and bar establishments, where responsibilities included facility maintenance, day-to-day operations, asset inventory, budgeting, marketing, and business development.
