Wilfredo Lucas, MSHS, PMP, CSM, CSPO, currently serves as Managing Consulting Director at SERVE Advisory Group, providing strategic leadership in healthcare transformation and enterprise optimization for various federal health organizations. Previously, Lucas held the position of Project Team Lead at MicroHealth, overseeing the Department of State's electronic health record system implementation. With over two decades of experience in the US Navy, Lucas has excelled in roles such as Senior Program Manager for the Navy’s Referral Management Program and has managed healthcare operations across various medical departments and facilities. Lucas holds multiple degrees from Touro University California, including Master of Science in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management and Health Care Administration.
