Hanmaro Kim

Hanmaro Kim is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and product design across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Serve Robotics, Hanmaro leads UX for the Command Center platform, focusing on task flow analysis and workflow enhancement to support large-scale robot and delivery operations. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Product Designer at Ushur, where Hanmaro built the AI Studio platform from inception, and a Senior UX Designer at Automation Anywhere, overseeing the UX for Document Automation. Hanmaro's background also consists of positions in various design roles, including industrial design internships, contributing to projects in diverse sectors such as retail, medical products, and consumer technology. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial and Product Design from the Academy of Art University and advanced training from the Interaction Design Foundation.
