Miguel Cuevas

Miguel Cuevas currently serves as Program Director of Remote Operations at Serve Robotics, beginning in August 2025. Prior to this role, Miguel held multiple senior positions at Priceline, including Director of Customer Care Quality and Director of Support Services, where significant improvements in sales conversion and operational efficiencies were achieved. Earlier experience includes functional leadership at Coinbase as Global BPO L&D Program Manager, fostering rapid BPO expansion, and at Uber as Program Lead for BPO Learning Operations, achieving high QA performance standards during substantial growth.
