Tom Wilscam is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Executive Directeur at Serve the City Paris since June 2016, Tom is instrumental in mobilizing volunteers to support those in need in the community. Concurrently, as Managing Partner at VENTURE ACADÉMIE, Tom helps refugees and immigrants by providing business training and support for entrepreneurial endeavors. Tom’s previous experience includes founding and leading HOMMAGE, a luxury men's grooming brand, and holding significant positions in sales and consulting at companies such as ClickSoftware, Equilibrium, and Oracle Corporation. Tom's educational background includes degrees in Business (International Economics) from UCLA and Political Science from Westmont College.

The homeless, asylum seekers, refugees. We know them by their needs. What if we knew them by name? SERVE THE CITY PARIS Serve the City Paris is an established French NGO ‘Association’ in France with a team of over 1,200 English speaking volunteer members who help with humanitarian needs in Paris. We offer humanitarian programs for refugees, the homeless and underprivileged foreigners. Our programs include a food distribution each morning in Paris, training courses on the French and English language, training on how to integrate as a foreigner, how to find work in Paris, and training to help build confidence. SERVE THE CITY PARIS CSR & COMMUNITY SERVICE FOR CORPORATIONS, SME’S AND UNIVERSITIES Our source of funding comes from our CSR workshops and activity with Corporations, SME’s and Universities who participate in community service or social impact activities in Paris. Examples of our activities and workshops include: Our “Journey to Paris” workshop where employees or students make and deliver lunch boxes to the refugees and homeless in Paris. Our French & English Language Training for Refugees. Our “Success to Significance” workshop for executives and senior managers who get involved with the needs of the community in Paris. Our P.A.I.R. (Program to Aid and Integrate Refugees) allows employees and students to work individually with marginalized individuals in Paris.
