Lars S. Fixen started their work experience at Talkmore in December 2020 as a Customer Service Agent and worked there until December 2021. Lars then joined Servebolt in December 2021 as a Customer Service Representative, providing support to customers. In 2022, Lars was promoted to the role of Support Team Lead for the EMEA region at Servebolt. In this position, they lead and develops the Support Team and takes ownership of quality control and long-term value creation.
