Paul Arndt

Paul Arndt is an experienced production and operations manager with a career spanning several decades in various manufacturing settings. Since May 2012, Paul has served as the Production Manager at Server Products Inc., overseeing all aspects of a permanent second shift operation. Prior roles include Operations Manager at Buhler Industries Inc., Supervisor of Transmission Assembly at CNH, and Plant Supervisor at Charter Automotive, where Paul managed multiple operational areas including Quality Assurance and Maintenance. Paul's leadership experience extends to positions such as Plant Manager at Baldor Generators and Director of Production at Waukesha Engine, managing large teams and complex production processes. Additionally, Paul has expertise in cost reduction and process improvement from the role of Director of Cost Reduction at Engman-Taylor Company.
