Darya Lapteva

Darya Lapteva currently serves as the HR Team Leader at Servers.com since August 2020, following a role as Head of HR at Wisebits Group, where Darya provided full HR support across multiple international offices. With significant experience in the Oil and Gas sector, Darya worked at ANCOR from August 2013 to October 2019, first as a Recruitment Consultant, then as a Team Leader, focusing on client relationships, business development, and recruitment processes. Darya began professional career at EMG Professionals as a Trainee in Labor Market Research and HR Consulting. Darya holds a Specialist degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Saint Petersburg State University, earned between 2008 and 2013.
