Jon Carman

Jon Carman has a diverse work experience in sales and training roles. Jon is currently the Senior Vice President and Head of Sales at Service 1st Financial since August 2020. Prior to this, Jon worked at Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning, where they held various positions including Vice President of U.S. Sales, Director of Field Training, and Manager of Sales Training. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing sales training programs, managing training teams, and developing curriculum. Before joining Service Experts, Jon was the Managing Partner at The Cornerstone Group from November 2012 to July 2014. Jon also worked as a Sales Trainer and Business Coach at JDC from August 2010 to December 2012. Earlier in their career, Jon gained experience as a salesperson at Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning and Aflac, where they focused on retail sales and acquiring new accounts.

Jon Carman completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from 1993 to 1996. Before that, they attended the University of Kentucky from 1991 to 1993, where the field of study was also Economics, but it does not mention whether they obtained a degree.
