Rachel Bernini

Rachel Bernini, DSW, LSW, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of People Operations at Service Access & Management, Inc., a position held since January 2012, and previously held the role of Deputy Director of Supports Coordination. Prior to this, Rachel worked at Lehigh County from March 2003 to December 2011, where responsibilities included Casework Supervisor and Caseworker. Academically, Rachel earned a Doctoral Degree in Social Work from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania (2017-2020), a Master's degree in Social Work from Marywood University (2005-2008), and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Development from Penn State University (1999-2003).
