Heather Ratterree

Training Specialist-developmental Disability Specialty at Service Alternatives

Heather Ratterree is a Training Specialist focused on Developmental Disabilities at Service Alternatives since October 2021, where responsibilities include leading the Developmental Disability Specialty Training program and collaborating on curriculum updates. Ratterree is also an approved Community Instructor by the Developmental Disability Administration and teaches various courses related to health, safety, and person-centered planning. Previous experience includes serving as a Curriculum Developer for KSPS PBS and working as a Guest Teacher in Snohomish School District 201. Ratterree has a strong educational background, holding a Certificate in eLearning Instructional Design from the University of Washington, a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Eastern Washington University, and a Bachelor of Education from Western Washington University.
