Gina Buscheck

Gina Buscheck is an experienced human resources and employee engagement professional with a diverse background in retail and service industries. Currently serving as a People Dept. Specialist and Team Engagement Specialist at Service Champions Heating and Air Conditioning NorCal since September 2021, Gina focuses on employee experience and culture. Prior to this, Gina spent 18 years at Target, excelled in various roles including Executive Team Leader for Human Resources, where responsibilities included high-volume recruiting and team development. Gina's earlier experience includes managerial positions at Eddie Bauer and Office Depot, where skills in sales analytics and customer service were honed. Gina's educational background includes attendance at Northern Arizona University and Santa Monica College, as well as a high school diploma from Santa Monica High School.
