Sarah Ward

Sarah Ward has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Sarah started their career in 2006 as an EMT Professional Specialist at Las Positas College, where they instructed students and managed scheduling and recruitment. In 2010, they worked as a Front Desk and Financial Chiropractic Assistant at Martin Family Chiropractic, providing excellent customer service and handling administrative tasks. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Recruiting Assistant at PrideStaff, responsible for employee accounts, recruitment, and hourly employee processing. Sarah then joined iTradeNetwork as a Data Analyst and Data Manager, where they analyzed and standardized large sets of invoice data for national clients. Since 2016, they have been with Service Champions Heating and Air Conditioning NorCal, initially serving as a Human Resources/People Department Manager and later becoming the Director of People and Human Resources. In their current role, they handle full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, HRIS management, leaves of absence, claims processing, and policy updates.

Sarah Ward obtained their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Las Positas College, where they studied from 1999 to 2001. Sarah then pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History at California State University - East Bay, completing their studies from 2006 to 2009.
