Kandice Ferrell

Kandice Ferrell, MPS, serves as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Service Coordination Inc since November 2023. Prior to this position, Kandice held the role of Director of Network Communications, Global at United Way from November 2020 to November 2023, where strategic communications elevated the organization’s brand across a global network of over 1,100 locations. Experience also includes serving as Communications Manager for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington, leading brand and media advisement at KRF Executive Strategies, and executing strategic initiatives at DCG Communications, among others. Kandice’s educational background includes a Master's Degree in Public Relations & Corporate Communications from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Nova Southeastern University.
