Rachel Harbin

Rachel Harbin's work experience includes serving as the Vice President of Coordination of Community Services at Service Coordination Inc. Rachel has been in this role since May 2023. Previously, they worked as the Manager of the Office of Disability Services at Harford County Government from December 2012 to May 2023. Prior to that, Rachel was the Director of New Directions Waiver and Coordinator of Special Programs at the Developmental Disability Administration from June 2012 to December 2012 and July 2008 to September 2012, respectively. Rachel also served as the Acting Director of Community Services at the Developmental Disability Administration from April 2012 to August 2012. Before that, Rachel worked as a Vocational Consultant at M Hayes from June 2007 to July 2008 and as a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist-Intern at the MD Division of Rehabilitation Services from August 2006 to May 2007.

Rachel Harbin obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Eastern University between 2001 and 2005. Rachel further pursued their education at the University of Maryland from 2006 to 2008, earning a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. Rachel'sfield of study during this time was Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling/Counselor.
