Robert Johnson has extensive experience in labor relations and public safety. Currently serving as an Organizer and Union Representative with SEIU since January 2019, and also as a Union Representative for the National Conference of Firemen & Oilers since January 2022, Robert has a strong background in contract negotiations, arbitrations, and grievance writing. Previously, Robert worked with AFSCME 962 from February 2008 to December 2018, where responsibilities included organizing the workforce and conducting training. Prior roles include serving as a Sergeant and Officer at the Kentucky Department of Corrections from June 2002 to February 2008, and as a Deputy/911 Dispatcher at Webster County Jail from April 1998 to June 2002. Robert's educational background includes graduating from Webster County High School between 1991 and 1995.
