Deputy Policy Director For Healthcare at SEIU

Sarah Nolan is an experienced policy professional with a focus on healthcare, currently serving as the Deputy Policy Director for Healthcare at SEIU since 2010. Previously, Sarah was a Senior Policy Analyst at SEIU and contributed to the Biden-Harris Transition Team as a member of the HHS Agency Review Team for CMS. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Policy Analyst at the Massachusetts Budget and Policy Center and Research Director at the Health Care Financing Committee in the Massachusetts Legislature. Sarah also held a position as Director of Policy & Research at SEIU Local 888 and worked as a Policy Analyst at the Massachusetts Budget and Policy Center earlier in their career.
