Emily Peterson

Emily Peterson is currently the Talent Acquisition Project Lead at Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning. She previously worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner II at the same company, supporting 13 locations in the Southeast Region. Before that, she was a Talent Acquisition Partner I, responsible for over 30 locations on the East Coast. She also has experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at the company. Prior to joining Service Experts, Emily worked as an Assistant Store Manager: Talent at Michael Kors, specializing in overseeing the hiring process and staffing. She also held positions at Target, serving as an Executive Team Leader and a Campus Liaison at Texas A&M University.Emily began her career as a Sales Associate at Bath & Body Works. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an English minor from Texas A&M University.
