Jason Rutter

Jason Rutter is an experienced software manager currently working at Service Express since October 2021, collaborating with DevOps, Platform Services, and Software Support teams. Previously, in 2021, Jason served as a product owner and project consultant, assisting clients in breaking down projects to meet business needs and improve technology implementation. From 2009 to 2021, Jason worked at Grand Valley State University as a product owner, developing a custom database system for the School of Communications and Department of Visual & Media Arts, and as a media services specialist, supervising production support resources while providing training and technical support. Additionally, Jason taught as an adjunct professor, focusing on high-impact experiences for students. Prior experience includes managing digital reproduction at James Brandess Studios & Gallery, Inc. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Photography from Grand Valley State University.
