Kim Randers

Kim Randers is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leading HR functions across diverse industries and regions. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Service Express since October 2021, Kim previously held the role of Senior Vice President/HR Director for Europe and ANZ at FLEETCOR, managing a team of 30 HR professionals. Prior to FLEETCOR, Kim served in various HR leadership positions at Ciber, First Data Corporation, and Nokia Mobile Phones, overseeing large-scale HR initiatives, talent management programs, and organizational transformations. With advanced degrees in Psychology and Organizational Development, Kim has also operated a consultancy focused on leadership development and team building.
