Luis Flores

Luis Flores has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 as a Sports Marketing Intern at the Grand Rapids Sport & Social Club. Luis then progressed to become a Sports League Coordinator at the same company until 2014. In 2014, they joined Service Express as a Sales Development Representative and worked in that role until 2016. Luis was then promoted to Sales Development Team Lead, holding that position for a year. From 2017 to 2021, Luis served as a Sales Development Manager at Service Express, where they were responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and leading a team of sales development representatives. In April 2021, they were further promoted to their current role as Director of Sales Development.

Luis Flores obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Calvin University, where they attended from 2009 to 2013. Luis also holds a certification in JBarrows Sales Training, which was obtained in 2016.
