Valerie Cerda

Valerie Cerda is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background as a Corporate HR Generalist at SERFILCO since June 2016, where responsibilities include analyzing HR data, managing staffing and recruiting, employee relations, and full cycle payroll. Valerie advises personnel on policies and procedures, supports management in resolving employee issues, modifies benefit plan designs, and conducts new employee orientations. Prior to SERFILCO, Valerie served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Sealed Air Corporation from 2007 to September 2015 and is currently seeking new opportunities in the Human Resources field. Valerie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
