Currently serving as an Application Support and Technical Engineer at Service Lloyds Insurance Company since October 2020, Roanna previously worked as a Wix Customer Care representative for a brief period in September to October 2020. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at eMDs from May 2013 to July 2020, where Roanna excelled as a Support Supervisor responsible for the integrity and security of electronic health records, along with overseeing staff in the medical records service department. Earlier in the career, Roanna held multiple roles at Best Buy from January 2008 to January 2013, culminating in the position of Store Manager, focusing on customer service, inventory control, and safety. Educationally, Roanna holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from Texas A&M University, earned in 2008.
