Marie Nierle

Marie Nierle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the real estate and mortgage industries. Currently serving as a Treasury Specialist at ServiceLink, a Black Knight company, since June 2014, Nierle previously held the position of Client Service Supervisor at Lender Processing Services, Inc. (LPS) from September 2004 to February 2014, overseeing a team managing mortgage document processes. Prior experience includes working as an Escrow Officer at LPS, where responsibilities involved preparing HUD-1 Settlement Statements and facilitating high levels of customer service, and as a Real Estate Paralegal at Smith, Stratton, Wise, Heher & Brennan, managing various aspects of real estate closings.
