Tim Mercer

Tim Mercer has over 15 years of experience in the real estate and asset management sectors. Currently serving as AVP of Client Relations at ServiceLink since January 2009, Tim has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Post Sale & DIL Services and AVP of Deed in Lieu Title, overseeing management of title curative and deed processing teams within the REO asset management company's closing department. Prior to ServiceLink, Tim worked as an Associate Broker at REX: The Real Estate Exchange and as Office Manager at All-Purpose Windows & Doors. Tim holds a degree from The University of New Mexico, obtained between 1998 and 2001.
