Craig Steinke

Craig Steinke has been serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Service Logic since 2013. Craig’s business career spans over 30 years, including various senior executive management roles. He is a proven leader with global experience in a variety of industries and a track record of delivering top-line growth, margin expansion and operational excellence.

Craig was an Operating Partner at a private equity firm, Sterling Investment Partners. During his time at Sterling, Craig actively managed Sterling’s investments in GPX International, a $500M global manufacturer of industrial tires; Lazer Spot, a leading provider of comprehensive yard management solutions, tripling revenues over a four-year period; and Service Logic.

Prior to his time with Sterling, Craig served as Chief Executive Officer of Eagle Family Foods, a private equity owned manufacturer and marketer of branded food products, which he led through a successful sale process in 2007.

Craig formerly held various senior executive roles with Magma Copper and BHP, a multibillion-dollar mining and marketing company, serving as its President of US Operations.

Craig began his career as a CPA with Arthur Anderson & Co. in Los Angeles, CA.
