Tom Padilla

Tom Padilla was named Group President in October 2020. Tom has 30 years of experience in the building systems and services industry. As Group President, Tom works with Business Unit Presidents and Leaders on strategic and operations initiatives. Tom works with businesses to drive organic growth and evaluate acquisition opportunities. In addition, Tom supports yearly business planning and the associated strategies for business optimization.

Tom previously served as President from 2014 to 2021 of Tolin Mechanical Systems, a Service Logic owned HVAC Service business based in Denver Colorado with 7 distinct branches and over 300 employees. As President, Tom managed all day-to-day business functions and was a part of 4 acquisitions and grew the business over 40%.

Prior to Tolin, from 1993 to 2009 Tom held various sales and management positions with SIEMENS Building Technologies in Colorado and with SIEMENS Corporate in Illinois. Tom worked in Building Automation leadership roles driving sales and growth for SIEMENS in the western half of the USA. Tom has experience working in multiple vertical markets including industrial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, higher education owner occupied office space.

Tom earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
