Rob Lloyd

Rob Lloyd has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rob recently worked as the Director of Information Technology at Service Metal Products. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2023, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Quillt, where they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of technology and leading a multidisciplinary technology team. Before that, from 2014 to 2020, they held various roles at Gateway Blend, LLC, including Vice President of Technology, Senior Director of System Operations, Director of Development, Manager of Development, and Development Team Lead. Rob also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Answers.com from 2012 to 2013. Furthermore, they gained experience as a Managing Partner and Owner at Hang Wire LLC from 2004 to 2012. In the early years of their career, they worked as the Director of Information Technology at People for Patty Murray and as a Web Developer at Washington State Democrats. Their first job was as a Software Tester at QL2 Software.

Rob Lloyd earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in the period 1992-1996. In 2001-2002, they acquired an Associate of Arts degree in Web Development from Seattle Central College.
