Kashyap Kumar Barnawal has over 14 years of experience in finance and taxation. Kashyap Kumar began their career in 2007 as an Article Trainee at Alag Kumar & Associates. In 2012, they joined Lochan & Co as an Audit Executive, where they successfully completed micro-assessment of UN project in Sri Lanka, Internal audit and verification of expenditures and its effectiveness in Malaria and AIDS Projects as assessment team member in Zanzibar, Tanzania (Africa). In 2013, they joined KPMG India as an Assistant Manager - Finance & Taxation, where they were responsible for the preparation of various monthly MIS reports for the Top Management and variance analysis of expenditure items and recommendations. In 2018, they joined IFC Group as Division Manager, where they were responsible for successfully managing a team of six people for accounting and bookkeeping of 30 organizations with monthly reporting within the stipulated timelines. Kashyap Kumar also conducted analytical review of monthly financials and management reports with particular focus on trend analysis and ratio maintenance on monthly basis. Kashyap Kumar Barnawal obtained a Bachelor's degree from the School of Management, Tribhuvan University in 2011, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General. Kashyap Kumar then went on to obtain a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2011, specializing in Finance and Financial Management Services. In 2014, they obtained a Diploma in IFRS from ACCA. Kashyap Kumar also obtained a Certificate Course on International Taxation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2015. Finally, they obtained a CGMA, ACMA from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, specializing in Management Accountant and Risk Management, in 2020.
