Matthew Cole is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Systems Administrator and previously as a Help Desk Technician at Service One Credit Union since June 2021. Prior to this role, Matthew worked at Houchens Industries / Houchens Food Group from June 2012 to June 2021, where responsibilities included functioning as a Network Administrator and Network Technician, providing extensive support for Windows servers and a wide range of devices, while maintaining PBX and VoIP phone systems. Matthew gained early experience as an intern at Complex Media from March 2011 to July 2012, where duties involved aggregating news, transcribing audio interviews, and contributing to web features. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in News/Editorial Journalism from Western Kentucky University, earned in 2014.
