Nate Dalrymple, MPA, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in various roles in the field of human resources. Nate is currently serving as the VP of People and Culture at Service One Credit Union since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Compliance Manager at Fruit of the Loom, Inc. from January 2020 to November 2022. Nate also served as the Human Resources Manager at Woodcraft Industries, Inc. from December 2018 to January 2020. Before that, they held the position of Employee Relations Manager at Dollar General from March 2018 to December 2018. Nate also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from July 2016 to April 2018. Nate gained experience as a Human Resources Specialist at Warren County Board Education from March 2015 to July 2016. Nate started their career as a Graduate Assistant at Western Kentucky University from August 2014 to May 2015. Nate has additional experience as a Customer Service Associate at Lowe's Home Improvement from August 2009 to August 2014. Nate also served in the US Navy as YN2(SS) from July 2004 to July 2008. Nate began their career as an IT Intern at PIC (Pig Improvement Company) in 2003.

Nate Dalrymple, MPA, SHRM-CP, attended Franklin-Simpson High School. Nate then went on to receive a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Religion/Religious Studies from Western Kentucky University in the years 2010 to 2014. Nate continued their education at Western Kentucky University and obtained a Master's degree in Public Administration from 2014 to 2016.
