Chuck Lencheck has over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles in the retail industry. Chuck started their career in 1987 as a Manager of Business Development at Delta Faucet Company, where they facilitated the growth of international and builder accounts. Chuck continued to excel in their career, becoming the VP of Sales at The Home Depot and the National Account Manager at Delta Faucet Company. In 1999, they joined Delta Faucet as the VP of Retail Sales, responsible for managing sales across all retail channels. In 2004, Lencheck moved to Behr Process Corporation as the VP of Business Development before joining Service Partners in 2009. At Service Partners, they held positions such as Vice President of Retail Sales & Channel Development and later served as the Senior Vice President of Development. Throughout their career, Lencheck has demonstrated expertise in sales, business development, and channel management.

Chuck Lencheck earned their Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut, where they studied from 1973 to 1977. Chuck then pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing at Butler University from 1989 to 1991.
