M.D. Ismail Hossain

Md Ismail Hossain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and customer service. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at LUCKY PLAZA since September 2022, Md Ismail Hossain also holds dual roles as Head of Call Centre Operation and Head Of Customer Service & Sales at Service Solutions Private Limited since January 2012. Previous positions include Sales Marketing Manager at Sarah Resort from November 2018 to September 2022, and Callcenter Manager at Citycell from June 2003 to December 2011. Md Ismail Hossain holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Information Technology and Sciences and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Independent University, Bangladesh.
