Laura Jones

Laura Jones currently serves as General Manager of People & Experience at Service Stream, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Laura held the role of People & Culture Director at Clemenger Group Limited from May 2022 to August 2023 and was the Head of People and Culture at Downer from February 2021 to May 2022. Laura also worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at RMIT University for three years and served as People and Culture Manager at National Australia Bank for over 13 years. Laura began the career in human resources as a Human Resources Advisor at Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick. With a strong foundation in various specialist and generalist roles focusing on Human Capital Analytics, Performance & Reward, Employee Relations/Industrial Relations, Business Partnering, Leadership, and Change Management, Laura possesses extensive expertise in the field. Laura holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Organisational Change Readiness and Workplace Gender Equality, a Master's degree in Business HRM, and a Graduate Certificate in Business HRM, all from RMIT University.
