Suzanne Lupka

Suzanne Lupka is a professional with extensive experience in retail operations and fraud analysis. Currently serving as a Fraud & Dispute Associate and Chargeback Analyst at Fiserv since March 2022, Suzanne previously held the position of Assistant Retail Operations Manager at Service Systems Associates for the Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium. Additionally, Suzanne has experience as a Store Manager at The Vitamin Shoppe and S.W. Randall Toys & Gifts, as well as a Lead Teller at PNC. Earlier in their career, Suzanne owned and operated Annie Oakley's Kitchen. Academically, Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Chatham University and an Associate's degree in Marketing from Community College of Allegheny County.
