Hema Kanthaiah

Hema Kanthaiah is currently the lighting and shades department manager at Service Tech AV. Hema has over 14 years of experience in managing and leading crews of custom sun-control system installation technicians. In their previous role as general manager at Texas Sun & Shade, they were responsible for training all new installation technicians, providing technical support to the sales team, and overseeing the design and installation of all electrical support systems.

Hema has been instrumental in closing contracts with clients such as the University of Texas at Austin and various state agencies. Hema is known for their innovative and efficient ways of managing unique installations to control costs without sacrificing quality.

Hema Kanthaiah received a Bachelor's degree in Business from Concordia University Texas. Hema then went on to receive a BACHELOR OF ARTS in Business from the same school.
