Shane Berry

Shane Berry has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the manufacturing and distribution industries. Shane was formerly Vice President of Manufacturing and Distribution at Service Wire Company, where they held other roles such as Director of Manufacturing and Distribution and Director of Human Resources. Prior to that, they worked as a General Manager/Project Manager at ArcelorMittal USA, overseeing underground mines and managing budgets. Shane also served as Director of Human Resources at US Pipe and Foundry, Senior Manager of Human Resources at Cliffs Natural Resources, and Manager of Human Resources at PinnOak Resources, LLC (acquired by Cliffs Natural Resources). Earlier in their career, they worked as a Supervisor of Human Resources at CONSOL Energy, handling various HR functions.

Shane Berry holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Radford University. Shane continued their education at Radford University and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 2002. From 2011 to 2013, Shane pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Virginia Tech.
