Tonya Burns is an experienced professional with a career spanning over two decades in technology and client services. Currently serving as a Solutions Architect at ServiceCentral Technologies, Inc. since April 2008, Tonya has also held positions as Client Services Manager, Project Manager/Business Analyst, and Support Analyst within the same company. Prior to this role, Tonya worked at Wireless Works as Repair Services Manager from 2003 to 2008 and at Cingular Wireless as Repair Manager from 1997 to 2003.
