Ernando Silva

Ernando Silva has a diverse work experience in the field of data engineering, analysis, and business intelligence. Ernando is currently working as a Senior Data Engineer at both Jobsity and ServiceCore, starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Engineer/ETL Developer at Taller Technologies from October 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining Taller Technologies, Ernando had a significant role at Stefanini Scala, where they worked as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, and BI Architect from August 2019 to September 2021. In this role, they supported presales projects related to Big Data, Data Science, and Business Intelligence. Ernando also played a key part in establishing the analytics area of a Stefanini subsidiary focused on payments and banking services. Ernando worked in a cloud environment, utilizing technologies such as Power BI, Python, and various AWS services.

Prior to Stefanini Scala, Ernando worked as a Big Data & BI Analyst at A10 from February 2019 to August 2019. Ernando also served as a Business Intelligence Consultant at NetPartners from April 2014 to January 2019, where they gained expertise in this domain.

Ernando also has experience in research and development as a Research & Development Analyst at AI Engineers from March 2013 to March 2014. Ernando was involved in developing and maintaining the SentiMonitor, a social media monitoring platform, and utilized various technologies such as PHP, Java, JavaScript, jQuery, Groovy, Grails, and MySQL.

As a scholarship student at UFRGS from April 2011 to March 2013, Ernando contributed to academic and research activities while pursuing their master's degree. Ernando published two papers in international conferences as a result of their work during this period.

Ernando's initial experience in the industry started as a Business Intelligence Consultant at both NetPartners from August 2009 to March 2011 and CTI Global Consultoria from February 2008 to August 2009.

Ernando Silva completed their education in a chronological order. Ernando first obtained a Technical degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Escola SENAI "Suíço-Brasileira" from 2005 to 2006. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, which they completed from 2007 to 2010. Ernando then furthered their education by pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, where they studied from 2011 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Ernando has also obtained multiple certifications. Furthermore, Ernando obtained a certification in Power BI from Compuclass Informática.

On the language front, Ernando has pursued advanced and intermediate levels of English. Ernando completed "Advanced English" from Embassy English in June 2018 and June 2017 respectively. Additionally, they completed "Intermediate/Advanced English" and "Intermediate English" from inlingua Vancouver in June 2016 and June 2015 respectively.
