Mike Hostetler

Mike Hostetler is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and operational roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at ServiceCore since July 2024, Mike previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Formation from 2023 to June 2024. Notable roles include Technical Consultant at Equal Experts, where Mike was a member of the consulting network, and VP of Enterprise Technology at Cars Commerce, where significant improvements in organizational workflows and technology management were achieved. Mike also has experience as Advisory CTO at Gearflow and SuperBetter, as well as leadership roles at Raise, TXI, and appendTo, which Mike founded and led as CEO. Educational credentials include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
