Jukka Rautiainen has been working in the customer service and sales automation industry since 2008. In 2008, they began their career as a Key Account Manager for Vihtori Oy / Fonecta, where they were responsible for customer acquisition and maintaining accounts. In 2010, they moved to D-Gate Oy as a Marketing professional. In 2009, they became a Co-founder of Uusi Å (The New Å, Media & culture co-operative), where they were responsible for event production, project management, and search-engine optimization. In 2011, they joined Fonecta Oy as a HelpDesk Specialist, where they were responsible for customer service tasks such as complaints, cancellations, and win-back. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Mobiilimarkkinointi Routa as a Content & SEO producer, where they were responsible for DNS administration, search engine optimization, creating SEO-friendly content, and developing production processes and the overall customer experience. In 2021, they joined Mediatoimisto Kraak Oy as a Content Specialist and Problem Solver. Finally, in 2022, they began working for both Serviceform as a Customer Success Manager and Tagomo Digital Oy Ltd. as a Technical Content Producer and Customer Service professional.

Jukka Rautiainen completed their basic studies in History at the University of Turku from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained their Matriculation Examination from Parola College in 1996 to 2000.
