Shuhaib Hassen is currently serving as the Inbound Lead Manager at Serviceform since December 2022, focusing on optimizing the management of inbound leads to enhance pipeline growth and sales success, with an emphasis on developing brand awareness through strategic webinars. Prior to this role, Shuhaib worked as a Marketing Specialist and Business Development Executive at Wonderfulmom Essentials from April 2021 to November 2022, where responsibilities included driving online and retail growth, leading a website revamp for improved customer experience, and implementing a CRM system to foster customer relationships. Shuhaib completed education at Royal College Colombo from 2007 to 2020.
