Bret Richards

Bret Richards is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in auctioneering and brokerage. Since August 2016, Bret has served as the Broker, Owner, and Auctioneer at Coleman & Patterson Real Estate. Additionally, Bret has held the roles of Auctioneer and Broker of Record across multiple states at ServiceLink Auction and Hudson & Marshall, Inc. since January 2003. Bret holds a Master's degree in Agriculture, Leadership Development from Texas A&M University (2001-2002) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business and Management from the same institution (1997-2001). Education was completed at Cayuga High School between September 1994 and May 1997.
