Lawrence Booth

Lawrence Booth has extensive experience in management and operations, currently serving as Branch Manager at ServiceMaster DSI since October 2008, overseeing total branch performance and executing business plans. Previously held positions include Assistant Branch Manager and Operations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed supervising production staff, project management, scheduling, time management, marketing, product inventory management, field training, and quality control. Lawrence began as a Crew Chief, successfully completing numerous fire and water jobs and enhancing proficiency among team members in the Mobile Service Manager. Prior to ServiceMaster DSI, Lawrence worked at Norfolk Southern Railroad as a certified Mi-Jack MJM90RT operator, specializing in gantry crane operation and yard spotting. Lawrence holds a degree from DeVry University, completed between 2004 and 2007.
