Fahmida Faria Shithi

Fahmida Faria Shithi is an experienced executive at SEBPO since January 2021, with prior experience as a research assistant at the Bangladesh Institute of Labour Studies from August 2021 to February 2022. During the tenure at BILS, Fahmida was initially an intern before being appointed to assist with a project analyzing the social protection and job security of private sector workers during the COVID-19 pandemic, gaining valuable experience in data collection. Fahmida holds a master’s degree in Development Studies and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology, both from East West University, with studies completed in February 2021 and 2019, respectively.
