Blake McConnell

Blake McConnell has extensive experience in product management and leadership roles across various technology companies. Currently serving as SVP & GM of Industry Products and previously as SVP & GM of Employee Workflow Products at ServiceNow, Blake has contributed significantly to the product organization since May 2017. Prior to ServiceNow, Blake held key positions at Dell EMC, including SVP COO of the Storage Division and Emerging Technologies Division, from December 2013 to April 2017. Blake also spent over a decade at Symantec, rising to VP of Product Management for both Backup & Recovery and Enterprise Security portfolios. Earlier career experience includes a role as an Associate in the Investment Banking Group at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Blake holds an MBA with a focus on Finance, Strategy, and Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Mathematics from Vanderbilt University.
